Cheesecake Carousel is a family-owned dessert company founded by Kenneth and Vanessa Jones, with roots that trace back to Queens, New York City. They brought with them a love for good food, community, and generational recipes handed down from Vanessa's grandmother to her aunt, then to Vanessa, along with the traditions that make homemade desserts so special.
Every cheesecake is crafted to be rich, creamy, and decadent, beginning with the handmade crusts that make every slice unmistakably ours.
After moving to the Carolinas in 2012, Kenneth and Vanessa opened Cheesecake Carousel in Rock Hill, South Carolina, in 2013. What started as a family dream has grown into a recognized Carolina dessert brand known for our handcrafted cheesecakes and signature flavors.
As our vision grew, so did our reach. We expanded into Charlotte, North Carolina, introducing our Cheesecake Carousel Dessert Truck and bringing our desserts directly to customers, festivals, corporate events, celebrations, and communities throughout the Charlotte area.
While we continue to grow, our foundation remains the same: family, quality, tradition, and a passion for creating desserts worth coming back for.
From Queens to Rock Hill to Charlotte, the Jones family is proud to continue the Cheesecake Carousel journey, one cheesecake at a time.
